PERSONAL TRAINING

Does your personal trainer harp on rock hard abs and a glorious bum? All the while torturing yourself with crash diets and gritting your teeth through a gruelling 1 hour fitness class with sloppy form. Are you sick and tired of it? I know I am.

In reality, there’s more to life than a barbie doll figure and chasing that next body trend. 

I believe that the ultimate goal of fitness is to attain a better quality of life. Not only does exercise scientifically help increase your energy levels, it helps your mind focus at work and conquer the day! Start exercising the right way, and your body will reward you by staying youthful and pain-free decades down the road. Empowering your body and mind is not only just about now, but about tomorrow and the days to come.

Meeting where you’re currently at in your fitness journey, let’s cater a variety of physical movements that help you with your current lifestyle. My approach to personal training consists of mobility work, functional training, child like movement and play, free flow dance and last but not least, strength training. 


Let’s work together to not only look good, but to feel better about ourselves. By staying focused on the process and building sustainable habits, we’ll get you to where you want to be, and where you need to be.

MINDFULNESS, SELF-CARE

If you're looking for a sign to start looking inward, let this be it.

Do you ever get a voice inside of your head to slow down? To take a break? But you know you can't. Ever face too much chatter and you wish for it to pause?

​

Soak in a full session of journaling, breath work, visualisation, meditation, music, art, and embodied movement/dance. Releasing what no longer serves us and taking courage to own our inner knowing and truths. With each passing session, clients may feel more at peace, liberation and love for themselves.
